This months challenge is a layout challenge. Layout challenges can take some hard work out of the equation for us but it also adds to the challenge with working out what colours and what stamp set I want to use.
With the new catalogue coming up soon I chose to play with the Simply Zinnia stamp set that was just released with the Online Exclusives. I am liking how I can change up the layouts and you get a different look to the cards.

Yesterday I was playing with the Share a Milkshake Bundle on my Facebook Live. Well let me say I had a bit of a morning with Technology. I forgot turn on my microphone! 🤦♀️Well thankfully a dear friend commented that she couldn’t hear me. In my defence I did turn a mic on it just wasn’t the one I should have turned on.
Anyway, the show must go on as they say. So I kept going and created 3 cards. I had 5 to make but only got the three. These cards were inspired by many different people. The first one in the Fresh Fresia (top Right) was inspired by Stamp with Brian. He used Balmy blue but I chose to mix it up and do it in Fresh Fresia instead. The Designer Series Paper I used is one you can earn during Sale-a-bration and you only have about 6 days left to earn it for free. Its called Delightfully Eclectic.
The second one (the bottom card) was inspired by Amy Koenders from a year ago. I again changed up the colours and just cut the rectangles rather than using dies but I like it. And the third card (the top left) was inspired by Stampin’ Up! This card was part of the samples that their design team created. When I was looking at this kit before I went live I had a thought that I could make one of the cards into a shaker card. And that is exactly what I did with 2 of the cards. I kept one the same but I added some window sheet, strips of dimensionals and some shaker embellishments and created shaker cards. You can see the shaker elements in the image below. Welcome to our January Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #62. You may have joined me from Melissa’s Blog or you may be starting right here with me. Either way, welcome to our blog hop for this month. I hope this hop inspires you to get into your craft room and get creating.
This months challenge is a Colour Challenge. The colours this month have been a bit of a challenge with Pretty Peacock, Crushed Curry & Berry Burst.
The Notes of Nature stamp set is what I decided to use for this months colour challenge. I felt is was quite eclectic enough to utilise the colours beautifully. Starting with Crushed Curry with the largest stamp and then working down the stamp size and just trying to choose the right colour for each stamp. The leaves in Pretty Peacock, the flowers in Berry Burst. I just stamped randomly till I had the images the way I wanted them to be.
Layering the basic white stamped image onto a piece of Crushed Curry and then onto a Berry Burst card base was perfect. And of course I needed to bring in some Pretty Peacock card stock and used it as a strip along the front and stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock as well to finish it all off. This card is very much a #simplestamping card because all I have used is stamps ink and paper and I love it!

I was wanting to play with the Meandering Meadow last week on my Facebook Live but had misplaced it. I finally found it and so I had a play with it on my Facebook Live this morning.

I am sharing the One Horse Open Sleigh suite of products which can be found online at my store in the Online Exclusives.
It took a bit for me to warm up to this suite. Do you ever have products that don’t initially grab you but then once you see someone using the products you then have to buy them? Well that is this suite for me.
These cards were designed by Ronda Wade. I have changed up the sizing to fit our card stock. The designs are just gorgeous so of course I had to create them.
