January Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #50

Welcome to our January Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #50. Can you believe that we have hit half a century with our little Blog Hops? I am in awe of Nikki that has kept us going this whole time. This months Blog Hop is a Layout Challenge. With all the brand new products that have just been release I really had to use the new!! So I chose to take a wander through the Greatest Journey suite and created this card. I took some inspiration from the Mini Catalogue. What do you think? As you can see I have added a piece of Coastal Cabana on an angle under the white layer. I also stamped the trees in Soft Succulent and cut them out and then stamped numerous times onto the basic white card panel.

Between Christmas & New Year I got out some of the brand new products from the new Mini Catalogue and starting having a play. I chose the Adorable Owls to play with and love how cute they are. I’m not much of a colourer but I do love how the blends make it so easy to colour in your images.

It is January already and last Friday I decided to play with some brand new products from the Mini Catalogue, the Desert Details stamp set and coordinating dies of the same name! I loved playing with this bundle and I chose two very different colours to show off how versatile the set is.

Last Minute Christmas Gift Packaging

With only 2 sleeps till Christmas, it is time to get serious about wrapping all those gifts and so I present to you my last minute Christmas gift packaging video 🙂

I feel so far behind on all my preparations and so I’m still wrapping gifts for my family.

Today I created 2 sets of boxes and decorated two bags that I had in my stash. The two sets of boxes were originally from Pootles.co.uk. Really simple boxes to make so you can create them with papers you already have at home.

It is also a fabulous way to use up all your designer series paper that you have been hoarding. Get it out and chop it up. In last weeks Facebook Live I showed you how to create some gift card holders and I used up some more Designer Series Paper. You can check that out here.

December Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #49

This months Blog Hop is a Colour Challenge. I found this colour combination fairly quick and easy to use. With Christmas around the corner I knew I needed to create some quick and simple gift card holders and I wanted the card to be fairly simple. I saw one card I had made recently and decided to use the same stamps and layout.

November Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #48

This months Blog Hop is a Layout Challenge. I started creating a card for this challenge but really didn’t like what I came up with so I went back to the drawing board and created another card which I love.

Starting with the Sun Prints DSP and then choosing the coordinating Nature’s Prints Stamp Set, I was ready to create.

Taking a step away from Christmas and creating this card was a lovely change for me at this time of the year.
