August Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #57

Welcome to our August Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #57. You may have joined me from Elizabeth’s blog or you may be starting right here with me. Either way, welcome to our blog hop for this month. I hope this hop inspires you to get into your craft room and get creating.

This month’s blog hop is a colour challenge. The colours are Moody Mauve, Pecan Pie & Lost Lagoon. Originally when I heard what the colours were I wasn’t keen on doing the hop but then once I thought some more I loved them together. I chose to use the Sending Smiles Stamp set and coordinating dies. And I have to say they are divine and the colours are divine too. All the products I have used are listed below and you can purchase them 24/7 if you are in Australia and have them shipped directly to your door!

May Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #42

Welcome to our May Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #42. You may have joined me from Marelle’s Blog or are you starting right here? Either way, welcome. There are 7 of us hopping along this month so you’re in for a great hop.

This months Blog Hop is a colour challenge and this challenge really got me. The new In Colors are absolutely stunning and I love love love them. However, mixing one of the colours with Petal Pink & Soft Sea Foam really was a challenge for me. I chose to use the Bottled Happiness stamp set for my card, and I love this stamp set and has a lot of versatility.

Using the Tea Boutique cards and envelopes as my card base has helped to make my creativity easier on this challenge. Adding in some Gray Granite card as a frame under the stamped image to lift the layer. I used the two greens as the bottle and really happy with how it turned out adding the parakeet party as the shading on the bottle.

My Card

Daffodil Daydream by Stampin’ Up!

The Project I’m sharing with you today is using the stamp set Daffodil Daydream by Stampin’ Up! I created this card because of a colour challenge at a Stamp Camp back in February. The colours I needed to use was Shaded Spruce, Melon Mambo & Crumb Cake.

I chose to use the stamp set Daffodil Daydream by Stampin’ Up! and used my blends to colour in the daffodils. Not the traditional colour but I love the cards.

At the stamp camp I decided to record a number of the cards that I made including some shoeboxes and I’ll continue to share these with you over the coming weeks. You can see some I’ve already shared here.

Don’t forget there is still the Last Chance Products list still on so you can grab yourself a bargain before all the products are gone for good.

August Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #33

Welcome to the August Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop #33. You may have joined me from Elizabeth’s Blog or you may have started here. This month’s Blog Hop is a colour challenge. Initially I didn’t have any idea what I was going to create but after playing with a Sale-a-bration stamp set today, the card came together really quickly. The new Sale-a-bration Stamp set “Textures & Frames” which you can earn for FREE with a $90 purchase. I paired this set with the “Enjoy the Moment” stamp set from the Annual Catalogue.

We needed to use 3 of the new In Colors from the Annual Catalogue, Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent & Evening Evergreen. I chose to use the Tuxedo Black ink for the seed pod. Layering it onto a piece of Evening Evergreen and then onto a piece of Whisper White Thick card stock.

Team Blog Hop #15

Welcome to our Team Blog Hop #15. This months challenge is to use pre-determined colours of Seaside Spray, Rococo Rose & Purple Posy. These are 3 current In Colors that go beautifully together. The hardest part was to choose what stamp set I wanted to use but finally settled on “Beautiful Moments” which is such a gorgeous stamp set. It was designed in collaboration with a New Zealand million dollar achiever and just love this set.

I started off making 2 cards and then decided to create a simple scrapbook page as well. I tried to stamp the image in one of the colours and then colour it in with my blends but I just wasn’t getting the look I wanted so used the Momento black Tuxedo ink and then coloured in the images. I don’t have the seaside spray blends so I improvised and used my Wink of Stella and the stamp pad to colour in the buckets. I love how it gives the images some sparkle.
