Last month we had our team Christmas Party and we have the opportunity to be in a Secret Santa gift. We make up a gift and include $20 worth of Stampin’ Up! product as well all current. I struggled with this as I was quite short on time and I didn’t have any ideas at all. So onto the pinterest & youtube search I went. I found the set of drawers on Intertwyne Designs and loved them. They were fairly simple to put together. The bag was something I created to fit the drawers. The last item was an Impossible Popper Box by The Paper Pixie. I love this little box but I did struggle to put it together the first time around. I really need to learn to read instructions better 🙂
I used the Let is snow DSP as it was one of my favourites from the Holiday catalogue.
Have you received your catalogue from me yet? If not, get in touch with me and I’ll post one out to you.
Have you seen the gorgeous “From My Heart” Specialty Designer Paper in the catalogue yet? It is fabulous. It has some red and pink foil on one side of some of the papers. The colours in the paper are Flirty Flamingo, Real Red & Whisper White.
You can have a look at all the gorgeous patterns in this paper pack by clicking on the video.
Thanks for joining us on another team blog hop. If you’ve found me by hopping along from Kerry Bunting’s blog, Welcome and thanks for checking out my page.
This month we wanted to share the retiring products from the current Annual Catalogue. I chose to use the retiring In Colors of Fresh Fig, Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist, Powder Pink & Berry Burst. I have really loved using these colours over the last two years and will miss them when they’re gone but I’m equally excited for the In colors that are coming next month to replace them.
The stamp set I’ve chosen is Florentine Filigree which is such an elegant stamp set and is so simple to use. I have simply stamped the images and let them stand on their own. I stamped the sentiment “Thank You” on both cards and just used my papersnips to create two different types of banners but you can also use the triple banner punch to create one of the banners.

Again I was playing with my two favourite products from the Occasions Catalogue. The Birthday Cheer Stamp set and the How Sweet it is Designer Series Paper (DSP)
This time I was using the DSP as the background and doing this means I really don’t need to do too much to the card. I cut off a strip of DSP and flipped it over to give some contrast. I then just stamped the image onto the punched out circle and layered it all up and its then done.
This is another card that my campers will be making at my Papercrafters Retreat. The registration has closed but you could order the “Retreat in a Box”. I’ve been busily preparing for my upcoming Papercrafters Retreat. The registration has closed but you could order the “Retreat in a Box”. On this card I have used stamps, ink and paper. This is known as a #simplestamping card. I have used some wink of stella on the icing just to make them pop but otherwise it is only stamps, ink and paper.
I have used the Birthday Cheer stamp set and used some of the colours from the How Sweet it is DSP. What do you think of this card? I love the colours. They work so well together
I am loving the colours in the “How Sweet it is” Designer series Paper (DSP) and created this card for one of my classes. I just love how simple this card is to make. All I have done is cut the DSP into strips to fit on the card front. Punched out a couple of circles or you could die cut them using the layering circle framelits.
I fussy cut the jar out leaving a small amount of white around the outside of the jar. Stamped the sentiment onto the circle and layered it up onto a Coastal Cabana circle. I stamped the sentiment in Highland Heather ink.
What do you think of this card? It is one of the cards that my campers will make in a couple of weeks at my papercrafters retreat.
Tomorrow is the very last day to earn any rewards for Sale-a-bration. I will be closing off my March Host orders tomorrow at 8pm (Sydney time) so if you’d like to place an order and earn some last minute rewards, then place your order before 8pm.
Welcome to our Team Blog Hop for March. This month’s challenge was to create something using a product that you can earn free during Sale-a-bration. I chose to use the gorgeous Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper. I created a Card Gift Box Set. The original box was created by Crafty Caroline. I paired up the Gingham Gala DSP on the cards with the Butterfly Gala & the Gingham Gala Adhesive-backed sequins.
I stamped the butterflies along the belly band
And added some rhinestones on the body.
Here is the box without the belly band. It really is a lovely box that both flaps open to get the cards out.
This is the full set of cards with the box. I really enjoyed creating this project to share with you.
I am holding my first Stamp Camp next month and have a few vacancies so get in quick to book your spot and don’t miss out on a great weekend away south of Sydney. You can book your place by clicking here.
